PRO-BUZZ: An Innovative Software Project Competition

• CASH PRIZES will be rewarded to the ultimate winners.
•E-certificateswill be issued to all the participants and certificate of excellence to the winner respectively.

Event report

Shivajirao Kadam Institute of Technology & Management is more focused towards the creativity and innovation of students. Management believes that student can achieve any goal irrespective of the year they belongs to and irrespective of the field. On moving towards innovation of the students “Computer Science & Engineering Department of Shivajirao Kadam Institute of Technology and Management – Technical Campus, Indore (M.P)” has organized an online Event PRO-BUZZ(Innovative Software Project Presentation Competition). The Event PRO-BUZZ is the platform where students can showcase their innovative idea which they have implemented and have a major impact on society. Their ideas can act as helpful hands to society and can upgrade the current situation at a certain level.

In the Event more than 150+ groups had participated from different colleges and from different states(MP, MH,UP, CG).

Dr. Sanjay T. Purkar (Director S.K.I.T.M, Indore) had also provided their valuable presence in the event.Top 3 projects of the event have been awarded with the cash prizes. Winner of the event was from LNCT, Bhopal namely Abhishek Jain and team who presented the smart farming using machine learning and IOT along with the demo. 1st runner up team was from SKITM, Indore namely Nishi Gandhi and team who has presented the face mask detection using Deep learning and 2nd runner-up team was from SGSITS, Indore namely Akshat Runwal and team who has presented the idea of bridging the gap between NGO and society to make the world a better place. Prof Brajesh Chaturvedi, Prof Deepak Chouhan, Prof. Sumit Jain and Mr. Amar Pareskar was the jury members for the event.

The overall Event PRO-BUZZ is coordinated by Prof. Priyanka Kokate & Prof. Virendra Dani. At the end Dr. Rashmi Yadav (Head of Computer Science department S.K.I.T.M, Indore) had given the vote of Thanks to all the winners and participants.
